Dr Craig Birkby is the director of the Seattle Skin Cancer Center. He has been a leader in the treatment of skin cancer in the Seattle area for over 20 years. He attended medical school at the University of Iowa and completed post graduate training in medicine, surgery and dermatology in Denver, Iowa City and Boston. Following his residency, Dr. Birkby pursued his interest in skin cancer surgery, and completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology at the University of Iowa. Dr Birkby has performed over 15,000 Mohs surgeries and as many reconstructions and repairs following skin cancer surgery.
Dr. Mandy Harting attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical School, in Houston, Texas. She subsequently completed her internship and dermatology residency at the University of Texas and Baylor College of Medicine, respectively. Dr.Harting joined the faculty at the University of Michigan, Department of Dermatology in 2008, where she completed her Mohs surgery and Procedural dermatology fellowship. Her medical and surgical interests include skin cancer, Mohs surgery and reconstruction, minor cosmetic procedures, and general dermatology.
